Nimble Spares Returns Policy
At Nimble Spares, your satisfaction matters. We are committed to ensuring you receive the correct and quality spare parts. If something goes wrong, we will work with you to resolve it or offer a refund where applicable.
You have 7 days to return an item.
The return period starts from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in unused condition, with original packaging and no signs of installation or damage.
Return shipping policy
If we deliver the wrong or defective item, Nimble Spares covers return costs. If the correct item was supplied and the customer changes mind or orders incorrectly, the customer covers return shipping costs.
Return Instructions

Carefully pack the spare part in its original packaging. Ensure all accessories, bolts, manuals, or seals are included.

Place the item inside a secure outer box. Do not send items without protective packaging. Include your invoice or order number inside the parcel.

Send the package to our returns location or delivery point provided by Nimble Spares. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item.
⚠️ Note: Items that are installed, damaged, or not in original condition may not qualify for a refund.
